Tina Phan is an Emmy award-winning visual journalist based in Austin, Texas. She is currently a multimedia producer at the Austin-American Statesman, where she is responsible for shooting and editing videos, managing livestreams, and other online content. Tina recently received a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication with an emphasis in electronic media and minor in photography from Texas State University. She worked at the University Star during her four years at Texas State, and held the positions of photographer, assistant web editor and the first multimedia editor, helping create a team of award-winning video journalists.
